As PranaWire cables are made to order, all sales are final.
All products are waranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 90 days.
Payment made by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to The Lotus Group.

PranaWire may decide, at its discretion, to take cables back in trade to enable customers to upgrade. This will apply to current production cables less than 6 months old of standard length and configuration only. The amount to be applied to the upgrade will depend on the condition of the cable.
